Support

Our Service Desk facility is available to all customers Mon- Fri, 9am – 5:30pm.

You can log support calls via phone to 01 901 5799, please leave a message if the line is busy and a support representative will get back to your agreed SLA.

Our Support Includes:

Maximum 2 hour response on all Server, Internet and E Mail issues.

Maximum 4 hour response on all PC, Laptop, Printer, Hardware / Software issues.

Unlimited telephone support.

Unlimited remote access support.

Replacement of Hardware parts free of charge where the parts are covered under warranty.

Support and short term loan of replacement Hardware which is not covered under warranty.

Free IT Consultancy / Advice and / or recommendations on the normal use of Software / Hardware.

All new Hardware / Software installation fees agreed in advance.

Any new PC’s, Laptops, Printers etc purchased during the term of the contract will automatically be included in the support contract at no additional charge.

Support includes Virus, Malware and Spyware related issues ( provided current Antivirus Licence is in place)

Initial problem diagnosis will be provided by Telephone Support.  If the issue is not resolved over the telephone or by Remote access Support, then an onsite call will be scheduled by an engineer within 24hours.

We will provide Telephone Support to assist with the diagnosis of Printer issues in conjunction with the subscriber, but is not responsible for the repair of Printer Hardware.
